Ingredients
  

Chicken Alfredo Filling
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
Pasta
  • 25 pieces jumbo pasta shells
Topping
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente and set aside.
  2. Prepare Alfredo sauce and mix with shredded chicken.
  3. Stuff each pasta shell with chicken Alfredo filling.
  4. Place in baking dish, top with cheese, and bake until golden.

Notes

Do not overcook pasta shells. Use fresh cheese for best melt and texture.
