Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper
Cream Sauce
  • 3–4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional Add-ins
  • chili flakes
  • fresh basil for garnish

Equipment

  • large skillet

Method
 

  1. Season and sear chicken until golden and cooked through.
  2. Sauté garlic, then add cream and parmesan to form sauce.
  3. Add spinach, tomatoes, and return chicken to skillet to finish.

Notes

Use fresh parmesan and avoid boiling the sauce to prevent separation.
