Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 0.5 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped

Equipment

  • large skillet

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and melt butter in the same skillet.
  4. Cook garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add broth, cream, parmesan, and seasoning.
  6. Stir in spinach and sun dried tomatoes.
  7. Return chicken to skillet and simmer until sauce thickens.

Notes

Serve with pasta, rice, or bread.
