Ingredients
  

Pasta Base
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
Chicken & Sauce
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts (diced)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
Tuscan Flavor Add-ins
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Cook chicken in olive oil with seasoning until golden and cooked through.
  3. Sauté garlic, onion, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Add cream and cheese to create a smooth sauce.
  5. Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce, then transfer to baking dish.
  6. Top with cheese and bake until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Let the bake rest 5 minutes before serving for best texture.
