  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and season chicken.
  2. Mix creamy ingredients and add spinach and artichokes.
  3. Spread over chicken and bake until golden and cooked through.

Notes

Broil for a few minutes at the end for a golden cheesy top.
