Method
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente then drain.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet then sauté mushrooms until golden.
- Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Add reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce if it becomes too thick.
