Ingredients
  

Salmon & Rice
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
Creamy Lemon Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves minced

Equipment

  • skillet or pan
  • pot for rice
  • spatula

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and keep warm.
  2. Sear salmon until golden on both sides.
  3. Make creamy lemon sauce and simmer salmon in it.

Notes

Do not overcook salmon to keep it tender and juicy.
