Pasta Base
  • 300 g penne pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Shrimp
  • 400 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Cream Sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
  2. Sauté shrimp in butter, garlic, and seasoning until pink.
  3. Prepare creamy garlic sauce with butter, cream, and parmesan.
  4. Mix pasta with sauce and transfer to baking dish.
  5. Top with shrimp and mozzarella, then bake until golden.
