  • 500 g beef steak cubed
  • 500 g baby potatoes halved
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup beef broth

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes until slightly tender.
  2. Sear steak cubes until browned and set aside.
  3. Cook potatoes until crispy in the same skillet.
  4. Add butter and garlic, then pour in cream and broth.
  5. Return steak and combine everything before serving.

Notes

Use high heat for steak searing and avoid overcrowding the pan.
