Steak
  • 1 1/2 pounds ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Pasta & Sauce
  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season and sear steak, then let it rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare garlic butter base in skillet.
  4. Add cream, seasoning, and parmesan to create sauce.
  5. Toss pasta in sauce and add sliced steak.
  6. Garnish and serve hot.
