Ingredients
  

Frozen Lemonade Base
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk chilled
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup cold water
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint
  • 4 slices lemon slices

Method
 

  1. Add coconut milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and water to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, then gradually add ice cubes.
  3. Blend until thick and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with coconut, mint, and lemon slices.

Notes

Use full-fat coconut milk and freshly squeezed lemons for the best flavor and texture.
