Pasta
  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
Shrimp Filling
  • 300 g raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Cream Base
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta shells until al dente and set aside.
  2. Season and cook shrimp, then chop into pieces.
  3. Mix shrimp with cream cheese, cream, and cheeses.
  4. Stuff shells and place in baking dish.
  5. Pour Cajun sauce and bake until bubbly.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp to keep texture tender and juicy.
