Ingredients
  

Cajun Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Pasta
  • 300 g fettuccine pasta
Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta in salted water until al dente and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, then cook until golden and slice.
  3. Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until creamy sauce forms.
  5. Combine pasta, sauce, and chicken, then garnish and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melt and flavor. Adjust spice level by changing Cajun seasoning amount.
