Ingredients
  

Panna Cotta Base
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat cream, milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Add softened gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour mixture into ramekins and refrigerate until set.
  6. Serve chilled with berry sauce or fruit topping.

Notes

Allow panna cotta to chill at least 4 hours for the best texture.
