- Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Heat cream, milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add softened gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour mixture into ramekins and refrigerate until set.
- Serve chilled with berry sauce or fruit topping.
Notes
Allow panna cotta to chill at least 4 hours for the best texture.
