Ingredients
  

Meatloaf Mixture
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 eggs

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning.
  3. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in pan.
  4. Spread half of the ketchup glaze on top.
  5. Bake 40 minutes, add remaining glaze, and bake another 15–20 minutes.

Notes

Allow the meatloaf to rest before slicing to keep it moist and intact.
