Cilantro Lime Steak
  • 1.5 lb flank steak
  • 3 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup cilantro chopped

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 avocados sliced

Method
