Cookie Dough Base
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
Lava Center
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Equipment

  • cast iron skillet
  • mixing bowl
  • spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and grease skillet.
  2. Prepare cookie dough mixture.
  3. Make molten chocolate lava center.
  4. Assemble layers in skillet.
  5. Bake until edges are set.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream.

Notes

Do not overbake or the lava center will set.
