- Preheat oven to 220°C and grease ramekins with butter and cocoa powder.
- Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and powdered sugar until thick.
- Combine chocolate mixture with egg mixture.
- Add flour, vanilla, and salt then mix gently.
- Divide batter into ramekins and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Invert cakes onto plates and serve immediately.
