  • 4 oz dark chocolate 60–70% cocoa
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and grease ramekins with butter and cocoa powder.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and powdered sugar until pale.
  4. Combine chocolate mixture with egg mixture and vanilla.
  5. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Divide batter into ramekins and bake 10–12 minutes.
