Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz pasta penne or fettuccine
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  2. In a skillet melt butter, cook garlic, add cream and parmesan to make Alfredo sauce.
  3. Combine pasta, chicken, and sauce in a bowl.
  4. Transfer mixture to baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Add broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition and texture.
