Burger Filling
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
Wrap Assembly
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped pickles

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef with seasoning until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Mix in ketchup, mustard, cheese, and pickles.
  3. Fill egg roll wrappers and seal tightly.
  4. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with burger dipping sauce.

Notes

Do not overfill wrappers and maintain oil temperature for best crispiness.
