Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 2 cups flour
Lava Filling
  • 100 g dark chocolate melted
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Method
 

  1. Prepare cookie dough and chill.
  2. Stuff dough with frozen caramel chocolate filling.
  3. Bake until edges are set and centers remain gooey.

Notes

Do not overbake or the lava center will solidify.
