  • 12 oz pasta any short pasta
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and let it cool slightly.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
