Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Texture & Garnish
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Toppings
  • fresh blueberries
  • coconut flakes

Equipment

  • blender
  • tall glass
  • spoon or straw

Method
 

  1. Add blueberries, banana, coconut milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and ice into blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.
  3. Adjust texture by adding more liquid or ice if needed.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
  5. Top with blueberries, coconut flakes, and honey drizzle.

Notes

Frozen blueberries create a thicker smoothie. Blend in stages for best texture.
