Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 300 g Biscoff cookies crushed
  • 120 g butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 400 g cream cheese softened
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 200 ml heavy cream cold
Topping
  • 150 ml caramel sauce

Equipment

  • 8x8 baking pan
  • mixing bowls
  • hand mixer

Method
 

  1. Crush cookies and mix with melted butter, then press into pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and Biscoff spread until smooth.
  3. Whip cream and fold into mixture.
  4. Spread over crust and chill until set.
  5. Top with caramel, slice, and serve.

Notes

Use a hot knife for clean slices and best presentation.
