Rice Base
  • 3 cups cooked rice day-old
  • 2 cups chicken cooked and diced
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha

Method
 

  1. Prepare the bang bang sauce and set aside.
  2. Cook eggs, chicken, and vegetables in a hot skillet.
  3. Add rice, season, mix everything, and toss with sauce before serving.

Notes

Use cold rice and cook on high heat for best texture.
